Beautiful Wallendorf figurines of Putti with animals, 1970s Germany.

This stunning pair of hand-painted porcelain figurines was crafted by Wallendorfer Porzellan in Germany, one of Europe’s oldest porcelain manufacturers, founded in 1764. Made during the 1960s–1980s, these figures are part of the "Putti with Animals" series — celebrating playful innocence and nature with a Rococo flair.

One figurine shows a smiling cherub lifting a baby goat in a playful pose, while the other features a cherub mid-motion with a white dog, ball in hand. Both stand on beautifully shaped bases trimmed with gilded rocaille decoration, and combine matte-finish bisque skin with glossy glazed animals in classic Wallendorf style. 
Each piece is marked with the green crown-over-W "1764" stamp on the base.

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. All fingers and toes intact. Gentle wear is consistent with age and hand-painted production.

Dog figurine – H: 16.5 cm, W: 12.5 cm, D: 8 cm
Goat figurine – H: 13.5 cm, W: 11 cm, D: 11 cm
