Campana in bronzo di rievocazione dei Caduti di Rovereto – “Maria Dolens” – Oggetto commemorativo vintage.
Descrizione:
Rara e pregiata fattura della Campana dei Caduti di Rovereto (nota anche come Maria Dolens), simbolo universale di pace, memoria e fratellanza tra i popoli. L’oggetto è risalente alla metà del XX secolo e realizzato in fusione di bronzo o lega similare, con raffinati bassorilievi e iscrizioni.
Sulla campana si leggono due frasi significative:
"NULLA È PERDUTO CON LA PACE", motto pacifista legato alla storia della storica campana originale.
"EX TENEBRIS NOCTIS LAETAMINI IN LUMINE CHRISTI DOMINI", iscrizione latina che si traduce con: “Dalle tenebre della notte gioite nella luce di Cristo Signore.”
Il corpo della campana è decorato con scene in rilievo che rappresentano episodi storici, soldati, cavalli da traino, croci e figure allegoriche, riprendendo fedelmente lo stile artistico e il significato dell’opera originale.
Condizioni:
In buono stato generale, con patina naturale del tempo. Nessuna rottura o crepa. Eventuali segni o usura sono coerenti con l’età dell’oggetto.
