Er was eens een prachtige Sony bandrecorder, de TC378, 
die in een gezellige oude radio- en elektronica verzameling 
stond te wachten op een nieuwe eigenaar. 
Deze bandrecorder was niet zomaar een apparaat; hij had een 
mooie, stevige behuizing en een handige stofkap die hem beschermde 
tegen stof en vuil wanneer hij niet in gebruik was.
De TC378 was geliefd bij muziekliefhebbers en verzamelaars 
omdat hij niet alleen mooi was om naar te kijken, 
maar ook geweldige geluidskwaliteit bood. 
Elke keer dat iemand de stofkap optilde, voelde hij zich alsof hij
 een stukje geschiedenis vasthield. 
De bandrecorder was een symbool van de tijd dat 
muziek nog op tape werd vastgelegd, en hij bracht herinneringen 
terug aan een tijd waarin muziek nog met zorg werd opgenomen en bewaard.
En zo bleef de Sony TC378, met zijn beschermende stofkap, 
een geliefd en gerespecteerd apparaat dat de tand des tijds 
doorstond en nog vele jaren plezier bracht aan iedereen die hem gebruikte.
