Kaputt Branco 2.ª Edição - 2200 GARRAFAS

Blend do melhor vinho saído de cinco vindimas, de 2015 a 2019, feito com Dona Branca, Donzelinho Branco, Gouveio e outras variedades, este Kaputt é originalíssimo. E tem uma histórica engraçada. Conta o produtor que nome Kaputt — “chapéu” para várias edições especiais — surgiu porque, ano após ano, sempre que lhe perguntavam pelo tal vinho especial, a resposta invariavelmente era “está quase lá!”. Quem ouvia não podia deixar de pensar que o vinho não existia. Existe e, no caso deste branco, é um belo vinho. De um amarelo dourado, é complexo no nariz e na boca. Cheira a alperces secos e tem ligeiras notas a bosque. Untuoso, tem frescura e estrutura, tudo muito bem casado, percebendo-se que passou pela madeira, mas de uma forma que complementa o vinho. Final fumado e longo. Vai bem com ou sem harmonização.
