The cabinet is finely crafted with intricate floral marquetry and veneered panels in kingwood and satinwood, accented with gilt bronze (ormolu) mounts and escutcheons. The curved silhouette and cabriole feet reflect the elegant design traditions of the 18th century, interpreted through the Revival lens of the Belle Époque.
