Centrepiece consisting of a tall silver plated foot and a large vaseline crystal glass uranium bowl.

The beautiful three parted foot is decorated in a style indicating a time period within the transition from art nouveau to art deco.
It is hallmark stamped “H.F” and a symbol with 2-towers.
H.F means, that it was made by Holger Fischer who was a silversmith in Copenhagen, Denmark 1893-1937. The 2-towers means, that the article is silver plate.

The large yellow uranium bowl has a wonderful shine with exceptional reflections in both indoor light, sunlight and uv-light. Crystal glass indicated by prism colours at the edge when held up against sunlight and it has a nice ring to it, when tapped. 

The whole centrepiece is in a great general condition with no chips or cracks in the glass.
The foot is shiny and shows only a faint tint of the metal (brass?) under the silver plate, while the top cover is a bit scratched from a century of use. A plastic bolt under has been added later for extra stability. I found no change when I took it off, but chose to leave it since someone through time, thought it should be there.

A large and absolutely stunning antique piece for both collectors and anyone loving a real wow-effect decoration.
