Up for sale is a rare and beautifully handcrafted vintage “Marius” banjolin, made in the Netherlands circa 1930–1940. Marius was a known independent luthier who built unique hybrid folk instruments — combining elements of banjo, mandolin, and ukelele — often for local musicians and youth groups.
The banjolin has some minor issues and nee a little restoration

This instrument features:
	•	Solid wooden body with resonator banjo head
	•	8-string configuration (4 double courses)
	•	Burned-in “Marius” signature at the heel
	•	Metal tailpiece and tension ring
	•	Original vintage canvas soft case included
	•	All original parts — never restored or modified
	•	Beautiful patina and natural wear consistent with age
