Histoire Chichibu : 
Fondée en 2008 par Ichiro Akuto, cette distillerie incarne le renouveau du whisky japonais artisanal. Ses créations audacieuses, souvent vieillies dans des fûts rares (mizunara, sherry, bourbon), sont devenues des icônes parmi les amateurs.

Paris Edition 2024 : Cette édition célèbre probablement un lien entre Paris et le Japon – peut-être un anniversaire culturel, une exposition, ou un hommage à l’art de vivre français. Les détails exacts restent mystérieux, ajoutant à son aura d’exclusivité.

Nez : Éclatant et floral. Fruits jaunes (poire Williams, abricot mûr), miel de lavande, et une touche de pâtisserie française (brioche, amande grillée). Une légère fumée douce en arrière-plan.

Palais : Puissance maîtrisée à 50,5%. Fruits tropicaux (mangue, litchi), épices douces (vanille, cannelle), et une minéralité salée rappelant les brumes des montagnes de Chichibu. Équilibre parfait entre force et élégance.

Finale : Longue et chaleureuse. Notes umami (thé matcha, champignons séchés), zeste d’agrumes, et un souvenir de chêne toasté.

À Savourer : Pur, avec une goutte d’eau pour adoucir l’alcool et révéler ses nuances florales. Idéal en fin de repas, accompagné d’un macaron à la framboise ou d’un fromage à pâte molle (camembert).
