Lithographien von Gustav Süs zieren dieses alte Bilderbuch aus den 1860er Jahren. Gustav Süs war ein bekannter Maler und Lithograph, ausgebildet in der Kunstanstalt des Städel'schen Kunstinstituts - "Städel".
Er war bekannt für Bilder von Geflügel und Singvögeln. 
Das Buch erschien bei Levy Elkan, Bäumer und Co in Düsseldorf. 
Das Alter von 150 Jahren sieht man dem Buch an, Bücherwürmer haben dem Band zugesetzt, manche Seiten sind lose. 
Von den alten Originalen findet man nicht mehr viele. Daher ist dieser Band etwas Besonderes. 
Das Buch wiegt 400 g.
