The 1998 vintage displays intense minerality, smoky accents, and finely woven fruit notes of white peach and citrus, framed by vibrant acidity and Dom Pérignon’s signature silky texture. A wine of great energy, tension, and harmony.

History & Background:
Dom Pérignon is named after the Benedictine monk widely (but mythically) credited with inventing Champagne. The house is known for its prestige vintage-only cuvées. The "P2" program refers to wines released at their second peak of expression, following decades of careful cellaring under perfect conditions in the estate’s chalk cellars. The 1998 P2 stands as a testament to the precision and patience of this philosophy.
