This atmospheric original comic page by Spanish artist Sergi Domenech is part of a previously unpublished editorial project titled "Sherlock en el extraño caso de la isla en el desierto", as written by the artist on the back of the sheet.

In this pivotal fifth page, the narrative takes an unexpected turn as classic mystery meets gothic fiction. Dr. Watson stands in the foreground, cane in hand, his attention fixed on Holmes — whose head rises from behind a tall armchair. Suddenly, Frankenstein’s imposing figure enters the room, drawing open the curtain with one hand and gripping the arm of a clever-looking Victorian street girl with the other. As tension rises, every gaze in the room turns to Holmes.

Domenech’s use of precise pencil lines and cinematic framing creates a moment charged with suspense and intrigue — a bold reinterpretation of the Holmes universe with a compelling crossover twist.
