Il "Belle Epoque" è lo Champagne simbolo della maison Perrier Jouet: un Millesimato di buona intensità, di vivace freschezza e di estrema eleganza, maturato sui lieviti in bottiglia per almeno 60 mesi. Raffinati sentori di fiori e frutta fresca accompagnano un sorso cremoso e rotondo, morbido e avvolgente.

Giallo paglierino con nuances verdastre.

Al Naso
Agrumi, pesca bianca, pera e pompelmo si fondono con ananas e fiori primaverili, insieme a marzapane e spezie dolci, per dare vita a un bouquet speciale e raffinato.

Al Palato
La bocca presenta una netta mineralità, accompagnata da una rotondità setosa, e si distingue per una persistenza elegante e prolungata.

Abbinamenti
Si sposa bene con pesce, crostacei e carne bianca. Da gustare in accompagnamento a aragosta alla catalana. Crostacei, carne bianca, pollo, tacchino e vitello, secondi di mare

Riepilogo
Giallo tenue con sfumature dorate, riflessi verdognoli e perlage fine e vivace. Note di agrumi, pesca bianca, pera e pompelmo si combinano con ananas e fiori primaverili, affiancati da marzapane e spezie dolci, dando vita a un bouquet esclusivo e delicato. Al palato si presenta con una marcata mineralità, ma risulta rotondo e setoso, caratterizzato da una persistenza elegante e prolungata.
