A nice Full Hunter watch from the American Waltham American Watch Company,
Nested in a Rolled Gold case by Fahys Watch Case Co.
Also included a Rolled Gold Albert fob chain

Waltham were based in Massachusetts, operating from 1852 to 1957.
The Fahys trademark dates this watch to the early part of the 20th century. The manufacturer was active between 1854 and 1931, with this particular trademark issued in 1899.

The watch is running well, keeping pretty good time over 24 hours after the last wind. 
The case has been well loved and polished but still has lots of wear left.
The chain, too has been worn and loved and adds a vintage character.

The only damage to report is the cracked glass, but it is an easy fix.
