Base antica per cupola in vetro – Legno ebanizzato – XIX secolo

Elegante base ovale in legno tornito e ebanizzato, risalente alla seconda metà del XIX secolo (circa 1870–1900). Originariamente realizzata per sostenere una cupola in vetro (cloche), questa base serviva per esporre oggetti decorativi o scientifici come orologi, tassidermia, botanica secca, fiori artificiali o reliquie.

La lavorazione del legno è raffinata e la patina scura mostra l’autenticità dell’epoca vittoriana. La parte superiore è dotata di una scanalatura o incavo per l’inserimento della campana in vetro (non inclusa).

Misure:
Base totale (inferiore): 35 × 25 cm

Parte interna (scanalatura per campana): 24 × 14,5 cm

Diametro esterno compatibile per la campana in vetro: 27 × 17,5 cm

Altezza totale con piedini: 
9 cm

Completa dei suoi 4 piedini torniti originali, in buone condizioni.

Condizioni:

Buono stato generale con normali segni del tempo, coerenti con l’età. Nessuna rottura strutturale. Pronto per l’uso o l’esposizione.
