Vase - Porcelain - in the shape of a boot

Spedizione tracciata e assicurata.

Delightful decorative vase in polychrome porcelain modeled in the shape of a Victorian boot in pink and lilac tones, embellished with the applied figure of a white putto in a pensive attitude. The relief decoration and the typically romantic color choice make it an ideal object for collectors of figurative porcelain.
Under the base there is a stylised blue mark, probably of German manufacture, inspired by 19th century marks (particularly Meissen-style), but attributable to production in the late 19th or early 20th century.
