Description from the seller
Elf vintage Britains Deetail and Timpo military figures on a 1/32 scale.
Many historical and heroic battles from World War II still capture many people's imagination.
Mention El Alamein, Market Garden, Stalingrad, or Operation Overlord, and you'll immediately catch the attention of history enthusiasts.
Worldwide, these battles are depicted as dioramas by many enthusiasts and historians from a historical perspective, and Britains Deetail models are also sought after by collectors and enthusiasts around the world.
Britains Deetail and Timpo were leading manufacturers in the 1970s, producing a series of military models from that era that made it possible to recreate a historical battle as a diorama through a series of highly detailed models.
De Britains' Detail models were a popular product in the 70s and 80s. The plastic figures, produced in England by W. Britain, had a scale of 1/32 (54 mm) and were finished with hand-painted details. They were supplied with sturdy metal zamak bases. The Timpo models are entirely made of plastic.
The lot consists of three Britains soldiers of the German Wehrmacht, including the mortar set from the first series of 1971, a British officer, an American ranger, and an American mortar set, of which one soldier is missing... Also included are the British Vickers machine gun set and a Wehrmacht soldier.
For the collector, an extra detail... The German Britains soldiers are as mentioned from the first series, so with the beige foot and extra rare.
Kavel is of course very well packaged and shipped with Post NL.
