Bellissima Meridiana in Marmo rosso Verona con intarsiato al centro una rosa dei venti in marmi policromi, mentre in basso ai lati due medaglioni raffiguranti il sole e la luna in marmo nembro giallo completano l'opera. Provenienza Venezia, collezione privata.

Il foro è in alto al centro della rosa dei venti, lo gnomone si può rimuovere e sarà fornito assieme alla meridiana.
Questa meridiana era esposta dal solstizio d'estate (21 Giugno) a Sud.
Di elevata qualità, rilevante fattura del marmo. Lotto più unico che raro, di sporadica reperibilità di tale qualità.
Meridiana particolare per la forma. Meravigliosa la venatura del marmo.
Si può appendere al muro, anche all'interno dell'abitazione.

Da evidenziare assolutamente la tonalità del marmo che si esprime in modo magnifico.
