LEGO 10273 Spookhuis was een iconenset van 3.231 stukjes met 10 minifigs die in 2020 werd uitgebracht. Het beschikt over een gedetailleerd spookhuis met een werkende vrije val-rit, automatische deuren en spookachtige voordeuren. De schoen kan worden geopend om hem gemakkelijk te verkennen en kan worden gemotoriseerd met LEGO Powered Up-onderdelen.

Dit is de eerste Creator set met de leeftijdsclassificatie 18+.
De setting van een drop-tower-attractieset lijkt erg op Disney's Tower of Terror.
De handleiding voor deze set bevat lore-notities die de achtergrond van het verhaal beschrijven voor bepaalde objecten in deze set.
Tijdens de productie hebben de decorontwerpers deze set opnieuw ontworpen.

"Dit is een serieus grote set. Met een hoogte van 68 cm is hij imposant en maakt hij nog steeds indruk op me als ik hem in mijn woonkamer zie. De druppel zelf is vakkundig gemaakt en zo soepel. Het is jammer dat er geen bewegingsruimte is in de set als deze gesloten is, maar dit is niet echt een probleem Wanneer het zich opent als een poppenhuis en alles te zien is. Dit is verzonnen met zoveel verwijzingen naar oude sets, wat erg leuk was om te ontdekken."
