Alambicco realizzato artigianalmente negli anni 1970, realizzato interamente in rame, possiede un capacita di contenimento di circa 5 L di prodotto da distillare. Il piccolo impianto ad uso domestico è dotato di ben due camere di refrigerazione, la primaria sul condotto rettilineo e la soconda costituita da un boiler più grande a valle. Il piccolo impianto deve essere corredato con tubetti in plastica dove viene fatta circolare acqua fredda collegandola direttamente al rubinetto di casa. Il distillatore è perfettamente funzionante ed è stato usato fino agli anni 2000 da un esperto contadino appassionato nella produzione artigianale di grappe e distillati. Per la siggilatura tra il boiler e il capitello si utilizza una volta montato una crema di acqua e farina per garantire un prodotto puramente biologico senza uso di guarnizioni in gomma.
