Una riedizione esclusiva dell’iconico Sgabello Gonfiabile degli anni ‘60, progettato dal rinomato designer danese e pioniere Verner Panton, è stata prodotta da Verpan esclusivamente per Prada in occasione della sfilata Prada Uomo Primavera/Estate 2019, tenutasi a Milano il 17 giugno 2018. Lo sgabello presenta una speciale iscrizione “VERPAN for PRADA”.

Con lo Sgabello Gonfiabile, Panton ha creato un pezzo semplice ma che, nonostante il suo aspetto modesto, offre una straordinaria qualità visiva all’esperienza di seduta, descrivibile al meglio come “fluttuare nell’aria”.
Introdotto nei primi anni ‘60, lo Sgabello Gonfiabile di Verner Panton è stato uno dei primi pezzi di arredamento realizzati con materiale gonfiabile. Lo Sgabello Gonfiabile è un eccellente esempio della curiosità e dell’approccio audace di Panton verso nuovi materiali. Mostra anche il suo talento unico per il pensiero sistematico, poiché i cubi erano progettati per essere usati singolarmente o in gruppo, per creare un’area lounge o un daybed.
