Bel servizio in earthenware prodotto dalla prestigiosa manifattura francese Salins. 

La manifattura di maioliche Salins fu fondata nel 1857 a Salins-les-Bains, in Lorena, vicino al confine con la Svizzera. Il sito di un antico convento dei Cappuccini e i locali circostanti furono convertiti in una fabbrica di maioliche. Salins vinse una medaglia d'argento all'Esposizione Universale di Parigi nel 1889 e una medaglia d'oro all'Esposizione Internazionale delle Arti Decorative di Parigi nel 1912.

La maggior parte della produzione di maioliche di Salins consisteva in piatti, vassoi e culle per carciofi e asparagi. I pezzi erano generalmente ben modellati e smaltati. Quando marchiati, il nome "SALINS" è impresso su uno sfondo bianco.

Produzione rara. 
Piatti realizzati nei toni del marrone con una fantasia a maglia.
