Vigneronne 2023
1 bottle - 7.5%alc

from lambic of an average age of 16 to 18 months and from organic Viognier grapes. The Viognier grapes make Vigneronne a delicate and very refreshing beer that is slightly less sour than other Cantillon beers due to the fructose.

Sang Bleu 2024
1 bottle - 6%alc

Formerly called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, the brewers have been creating a fruity blend with Camerise berries in small batches. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. The brewers didn't have to look far for a new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself again by creating a fantastic new label to match his new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, yet still maintains a nice, smooth balance between acidity and tartness.

Cuvée Saint Gilloise 2024

In order to preserve the subtlety of the hops, the lambics selected for Cuvée Saint-Gilloise are elegant and refined such that the balance between acidity and bitterness is not disturbed. Since there is no blending with young lambic as for gueuze, and no addition of fructose as for fruit beers, secondary fermentation of Cuvée Saint-Gilloise in the bottle is brought about by adding liquid sucrose. Like all the beers produced at Cantillon Brewery Cuvée Saint-Gilloise will keep for a very long time in a good cellar, but also like all hopped beers it is best drunk when young so as to be able to fully enjoy the floral aspect of the hops.

Occasionally, two different bidders may show up in the bidding history with the same bid amount. This occurs when one user's bid is exactly the same as an automatic (maximum) bid placed by another user earlier. Since the auto-bid was placed first, this takes preference. The bidding history will show both bids, with the auto-bid ranked as the higher of the two.
