A beautifully shaped antique Chinese porcelain bowl, dating to the 19th century (Qing Dynasty), featuring intricate hand-painted decoration and a soft turquoise interior glaze. The exterior is richly adorned with a scholarly figure in traditional attire, surrounded by blooming flowers, calligraphy, and vibrant foliage — executed in a delicate famille rose-style palette.

The bowl has a lobed rim and sits atop a raised foot, giving it elegance and balance. The inside is glazed in a striking turquoise blue, a color often associated with refined ceramics of the period. Natural glaze crackling (craquelure) and minor rim wear reflect its authentic age and use.
