Very good sounding simple Pioneer;

A traditional and conservative “no frills” design from Pioneer back in 1989 the A115 is a great little performer with elegant looks. It delivers 25 watts per side into 8Ω.

It has inputs for a turntable plus four line level (aux) devices, with two outputs for recording etc. Of course it has the expected bass, treble and balance controls as well as a loudness compensation circuit.

A hi-fi stereo integrated amplifier housed in a black case (or silver case, Germany only) with continuous power output of 2 x 35 watts into 8 ohms (2 x 40 watts into 8 ohms DIN). With rotary controls for Volume, Balance, Bass and Treble, rotary Input Selector (DAT/Tape1, CD, Phono, Tuner), push button switches for Speakers (A,B), Direct, Loudness and Adapt/Tape2 and a jack for headphones. RCA phono sockets for input Phono, Tuner, CD, for input/output DAT/Tape1 and Adapt/Tape2 and terminals for 2 pairs of loudspeakers (A, B). The General Export model (SD) also has 3 AC outlets.

The later Pioneer A-227 Integrated Stereo Amplifier is the same apart from appearance.
