Foxylady Project - Yes, this is a book - 2013

The Foxy Lady Project is the brainchild of Gilles Devicq, a Paris-based image and brand marketer, and photographer Maxime Ruiz, both of whom are longtime music and guitar devotees. The book weighs approximately 26 pounds and measures 18.5 inches wide by 43 inches tall and is meant to be displayed leaning against a wall. Includes 61 photographs of hyper-realistic portraits depicted at full scale. A beautiful selection of key instruments in the history of blues, jazz and rock. The right page of each photo spread showcases a full-frontal shot of a guitar on a white background, while the left page features text, written by music historian Christian Séguret, that details the instrument's importance as both a music-making tool and art object. Also worth noting, most of the guitar entries include a QR code that, when scanned with a smart phone, will link to a video showing the guitar in action! Also included is a pull out, life sized poster of a Fender Stratocaster featuring the artwork of the world famous graffiti artist John "Crash" Matos (please see the included photo). The Foxy Lady Project Book is limited to 2,500 copies worldwide. Dans son emballage d’origine
