These very beautiful and very unusual 22 Karat Gold-Plated binoculars from Franklin Mint and the National Maritime Historical Society Museum were produced in a small limited edition. It works and is in very good condition. A Chinese dragon is shown on which the telescope can be placed. On the telescope there is a scene with several ships and the sea.
