Unit has been recently serviced. 
What has been done to the unit is the following : 

Repaired the left channel. 
Repaired
the Speaker Terminal.
 Repaired the right Vu Meter. 
Repaired the audio level Vu Meter for both channels. Recalibrated the bias for both channels.
