De tulpenvaas heeft een opvallende geschiedenis en is door de eeuwen heen een geliefd decoratiestuk gebleven in Nederland.

Zowel met tulpen als zonder tulpen wordt de tulpenvaas als pronkstuk gebruikt.

In de 17e eeuw kwamen de (keramische) tulpenvazen uit Delft en waren met een Delfts blauw of Chinees decor versierd. Tulpenvazen zijn in China nagemaakt en door de Verenigde Oost-Indische compagnie geïmporteerd.

Dit bijzonder exemplaar heeft 10 etages en 32 openingen.

De Tulpenvaas verkeert in goede staat. Geen beschadigingen of restauraties.

Vanwege de kwetsbaarheid van dit object zal het object in meerdere boxen verpakt worden. 
Dit vergt enige zorg en ervaring. Uiteraard wordt dit object ook met verzekering verzonden.
