Belle représentation d'un léopard en bronze. Le léopard est l'emblème de la ville de Benin City au Nigeria. Le visage est beau et expressif. La pose est tranquille, il semble confiant, sûr de sa force. Le travail est fin et raffiné. L'artiste a su animé son oeuvre. La patine est belle. Cette oeuvre fut réalisé avec la technique de la cire perdu (voir Google) ce qui rend l'oeuvre unique. Vendu en l'état, voir photos. C'est une belle pièce de collection ancienne. Circa 1950.
