De vaas is opgebouwd uit organisch gevormde stapelingen, met meerdere openingen rondom die doen denken aan koraal, lavasteen of een surrealistisch sculptuur. Het glazuur in diepe zwart- en bruintinten met turquoise en koperachtige accenten geeft het object een levendige, bijna vulkanische uitstraling.

Dankzij de vele texturen en het spel van licht op het glazuur is deze vaas vanuit elke hoek een nieuwe ontdekking. Perfect als eyecatcher in een modern interieur, maar ook voor de verzamelaar van unieke studio-keramiek.

Een zeldzaam en expressief stuk, dat net zo goed als sculptuur kan dienen als functionele vaas.
