A large CHRONOMETRO GONDOLO ROSE GOLD Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneva, "Chronometro-Gondolo", made for Gondolo & Labouriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro, circa 1906. MOVEMENT: Bridge movement, frosted and gilt, large gold screw compensation balance. Wolf-tooth winding wheels, a patent signature "Pat. Jan. 13, 1891," gold gear train, eccentric fine adjustment, and "moustache" counterbalance lever. DIAL: Two-piece dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with red 5-minute Arabic numerals, recessed off-center second, rose gold spade hand, hands, and dial are in very good condition. CASE: (Please note: not a Patek case) NEW, made of solid 14kt rose gold, with a transparent case back and movable screwed lugs. Diameter: 52mm, Height: 15mm. The entire watch weighs 146g. STRAP: Made of new black genuine crocodile leather and a 14kt gold Patek Philippe buckle. Design. The watch is 24 cm long and the strap is 24 mm wide. Between 1902 and 1930, Patek Philippe developed an exclusive collection specifically for the renowned Brazilian watchmaker Gondolo & Labouriau. These watches feature wolf-tooth winding wheels, a patent signature (Pat. Jan. 13, 1891), gold gear trains, eccentric fine adjustment, and a "mustache" counterbalance lever. The reputation of the Patek brand was so high in Brazil that the word "Patek" was considered synonymous with a watch, whether it was a Patek Philippe or not.

MOVEMENT:

Bridge movement, frosted and gilt, large gold screw compensation balance. Wolf-tooth winding wheels, a patent signature "Pat. Jan. 13, 1891," gold gear train, eccentric fine adjustment,

and "moustache" counterbalance lever.

DIAL:

Two-piece dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with red 5-minute Arabic numerals, recessed off-center second, rose gold spade hand, hands, and dial
