Elegante Engelse inklapbare bijzettafel – ca. 1920-1940


Klassieke Engelse bijzettafel met inklapbaar blad. Het model staat bekend als een drop-leaf table, waarbij beide zijkanten afzonderlijk opgeklapt kunnen worden. Dit maakt de tafel zeer praktisch: volledig ingeklapt neemt ze weinig ruimte in, en uitgeklapt doet ze dienst als volwaardige bijzet- of theetafel.

De tafel staat op elegant gedraaide poten met verbindingsstukken voor extra stevigheid. De constructie is degelijk en typisch Engels vakmanschap uit het interbellum.

Materiaal: massief hout (waarschijnlijk eiken of mahonie, donker gebeitst)
Afmetingen (ongeveer): H 56 cm x B 63 cm (uitgeklapt) x D 55 cm
Conditie:
Goede vintage staat, met lichte gebruikssporen en ouderdomspatina passend bij de leeftijd. Stevig en stabiel.
Periode: ca. 1920-1940 (Engeland).
Stijl: Traditioneel/klassiek, met Edwardiaanse invloeden.
