Originele tentoonstellingsaffiche uit 1970 ' Let a thousand parks bloom' voor de expo 'Berkeley, USA People's Park' in het Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven / Nederland.  Onderwerp van de expo : een audiovisuele presentatie van de gebeurtenissen in Berkeley U.S.A. in mei 1969, waar burgers zelf een park aanlegden en waar door de politie en de nationale garde een eind aan werd gemaakt. Met een foto van een man in uniform en met helm op, die met wortel en al planten uit de grond trekt, met eronder de tekst 'Let a thousand parks bloom'.
Conditie B+ : gebruikssporen, vooral kreukjes in de randen. Afbeelding en teksten integraal gaaf. 
Verzending: opgerold in stevige koker met track & trace.

Het People's Park-protest in de Californische universiteitsstad  Berkeley in mei 1969, ook bekend als Bloody Thursday, vond plaats in People's Park op 15 mei 1969. De politie van Berkeley en andere officieren botsten met demonstranten over de plaats van het park met dodelijk geweld tot gevolg. De confrontatie in People's Park kwam voort uit de tegencultuur van de jaren 1960. Berkeley was op 30 september 1964 de locatie geweest van de eerste grootschalige anti-oorlogsdemonstratie in het land. (Bron: Wikipedia)
