Rare full size print of Le Diable au XIXe Siecle / The Devil in the 19th Century magazine adverisement in good condition. Some damages around the corners. Featuring a beautiful illustration by Albert Guillaume (1873-1942) depicting a startled crowd looking at a large green demon with bats wings and snakes lower body, the magazine was published in the 1890s by Leo Taxil and Charles Hacks, the articles were presented as stories from the witnesses of spiritualism, occult magnetism, modern cabala, magic of the Rose-Cross, Palladium theurgy, satanic practices etc by Doctor Bataille. An unusual topic and a beautiful poster for collectors. 

Printed in England by Bracknell Press LTD. Date assumed to be from the 1960s to 1970s. The poster is a rare analogue print, not a modern digital copy.
