Descrizione

Raro girarrosto meccanico a molla, brevettato e prodotto in Italia tra gli anni ’30 e ’50.

L’attrezzo è composto da un robusto corpo in lamiera con meccanismo interno a orologeria e ingranaggi in metallo, che permettono la rotazione costante dello spiedo senza necessità di elettricità. Lo spiedo è completo di manico e supporti regolabili.
La vaschetta inferiore serviva per raccogliere i grassi durante la cottura davanti al camino o sopra le braci.

Un autentico pezzo della tradizione gastronomica domestica italiana, oggi raro da reperire, ideale per collezionisti di utensili da cucina d’epoca o come complemento d’arredo rustico.
