Een Frozen Charlie is de mannelijke variant van de Frozen Charlotte, een specifieke vorm van porseleinen of biscuitpoppen, gemaakt uit één stuk zonder gewrichten, van ca. 1850 tot ca. 1920.

De Frozen Charlie-pop is gemaakt in de vorm van een staande, naakte figuur die is gegoten in een massief stuk.

Frozen Charlotte-poppen waren populair in de late 19e en vroege 20e eeuw in de Verenigde Staten. De kleinere poppen waren betaalbaar genoeg zodat kinderen uit die tijd ze met hun eigen zakgeld konden kopen. Kleinere versies van de poppen stonden ook bekend als penny-poppen , omdat ze vaak voor een cent werden verkocht. De meeste werden in Duitsland gemaakt. 

Ze werden ook gemaakt van biscuit en kunnen in het wit, roze of, zeldzamer, zwart geverfd zijn. Mannelijke poppen zijn herkenbaar aan hun jongensachtige kapsels.
