An unusual silver-plated paperweight with a wooden stand. Depicts Otto von Bismarck in a military pose, riding a horse. He wears armor and a spiked helmet. He waves a flag and holds a sword in his other hand. The bronze is inscribed "Under Five Kings" on the left side and "Under Three Emperors" on the other. The bronze relief is attached to a wooden plate with four nails. Circa 1897 Good used condition. The wood has light chips on the edges.
