A large and finely cast gilt spelter neoclassical figure as a candlestick, measuring circa 55,2cm in height and weighing 3330g, the female figure dressed in robes and standing on an ornate four legged base, carrying an amphora on her shoulder that terminates in a candle cup and its extinguisher. Condition: overall very good, no significant damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age and use. The figure formerly probably carried a glass dish on the amphora but looks great as a candlestick and statue. This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
