Industriële hanglamp met Jenaer Glas kap – Schott & Gen. Jena “Autosit” 1827 – ca. 1930s – Ø 25 cm



Prachtige en zeldzame industriële hanglamp met originele opaalglazen kap, afkomstig uit de beroemde glasfabriek Schott & Gen. Jena (Duitsland). De kap draagt het duidelijke stempel “Autosit – Schott & Gen. Jena – 1827”, wat dit object tot een herkenbaar en verzamelwaardig stuk maakt. Deze serie werd rond de jaren 1930 geproduceerd en is tegenwoordig moeilijk te vinden in complete en gave staat.

De kap heeft een diameter van 25 cm en is gemaakt van dik, wit opaalglas (Jenaer Glas), wereldwijd gewaardeerd om zijn kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en hittebestendigheid. Het glas verkeert in uitstekende staat: geen barsten of chips, slechts lichte gebruikssporen en enkele reinigingsrestjes.

Het armatuur bestaat uit een metalen plafondkap met verstelbare scharnierarm, een constructie die typerend is voor industriële werkplaats- en laboratoriumverlichting uit die periode. De arm heeft een fraaie patina passend bij de leeftijd. De bedrading is nog aanwezig maar sterk verouderd en moet voor veilig gebruik worden vervangen.

Een bijzonder collectors item dat niet alleen historische waarde heeft maar ook een prachtige blikvanger vormt in een industrieel interieur. Zowel decoratief als functioneel een unieke vondst.
