Zeer mooie Jaguar XJ6 4.2 Series 1

De Jaguar was jarenlang onderdeel van een privé collectie en heeft af en toe met mooi weer een klein ritje gemaakt om alles gangbaar te houden.
De auto is in een redelijk nette staat en rijdt remt en schakelt goed maar heeft vanwege het weinige gebruik heeft ze wel aandacht nodig onder andere wil dat zeggen dat alles eens nagekeken moet worden, carburateurs nagekeken moeten worden en dat de Jaguar een servicebeurt behoeft.

Lakwerk:

Zeer netjes met een mooie diepe glans. Enkele kleine plekjes zijn aanwezig. Er is geen overmatige  roest aanwezig. De pasnaden zijn nog keurig. De chroomdelen zijn ook nog in zeer mooie conditie met gebruikssporen.

Interieur: 

Het interieur verkeert in een redelijk tot nette conditie. Er is een scheur in de achterbank en wat beschadigingen die gemakkelijk zijn te verhelpen. De deurpanelen zijn in redelijke conditie maar relatief eenvoudig te vervangen of opnieuw te bekleden. Het dashboard en houtwerk zijn nog in keurige conditie

Techniek:

De motor loopt goed, maar de carburateurs dienen afgesteld te worden. Verder schakelt de versnellingsbak goed en remt de auto zoals het hoort. Het is wel raadzaam om alles even goed na te lopen voor dat de auto weer op de openbare weg gereden gaat worden.
