Polaroid 35mm Photo Album" is a collection of photographs by Japan's world-renowned photographer, Shoji Ueda. At a time when many photographers active in the postwar era were traveling around the world, Shoji Ueda, looking up to his hometown of Tottori as the place of his life, continued to search for avant-garde photographic expression while incorporating the climate, climate, and culture of the region. His works are rich in originality and light-hearted Japanese sentiment, and his modern illustrations, which are still relevant today, have been described as “UEDA-CHO” (Ueda style) and have been highly acclaimed worldwide. After the death of his beloved wife and partner, Norie, in 1983, Ueda was at a loss and unable to take photographs for a period of time. Inspired by the 35mm film released by Polaroid at that time, Ueda began to capture his delicate and fragile introspective feelings in his photographs. This is a valuable collection of photographs that marks a turning point in Shoji Ueda's career, as he would discover a new direction as a photographer. Limited to 1,000 copies.
