Armin Müller-Stahl, geboren 1930 in Tilsit, ist ein deutscher Künstler, der sowohl als Maler, Bildhauer als auch als Schauspieler international bekannt wurde. In seiner Kunst kombiniert er expressionistische und symbolische Elemente, um tiefgründige emotionale und existenzielle Themen wie Identität und Verlust darzustellen. Besonders auffällig sind seine kraftvollen Farben und die intensive Darstellung von Figuren, die oft innere Zerrissenheit widerspiegeln. Neben der Malerei experimentiert er mit Collagen, Druckgrafik und Skulpturen.

Müller-Stahl bleibt auch als Schauspieler eine prominente Figur und hat in internationalen Filmen mitgewirkt. Trotz seines Erfolgs im Film widmet er sich weiterhin der Kunst, wobei seine Werke stets eine tiefgehende Auseinandersetzung mit menschlicher Existenz und Bedeutung zeigen.
