In the period 1996-1998 Patrick worked closely together with Carl Barks on making the history, Somewhere In Nowhere, and various gags and designs for the drawings, which among other things can be seen in the book, The Carl Barks Treasury. Along with his production of stories and covers and freelance work for the Walt Disney Group, Patrick has started to use his excellent artistic skills to create watercolours and oil paintings, and thereby continue Carl Barks’ proud tradition of making Disney art of the very highest quality. The success has been tremendous, and Patrick’s oil paintings have already reached selling prices well above the $30,000 mark.
