Créateur de figurine Michel Aroutcheff est né le 28/01/1946 à Paris. "Michel Aroutcheff passe une partie de son enfance au Maroc, fait ses études secondaires en France, puis cinq années d’architecture à l’école des Beaux Arts de Paris. De 1967 à 1972, il vit au Canada, puis de 1973 à 1985 il crée et fait réaliser pour et par différentes sociétés des meubles et des jouets dont les voitures en bois laqué. En 1986, il fonde sa propre entreprise qui produit et qui diffuse ses créations ainsi qu’une collection de véhicules et d’objets issus des albums de TINTIN, de SPIROU, de GASTON LAGAFFE et de BLAKE ET MORTIMER. MICHEL AROUTCHEFF crée et fabrique ces modèles en bois laqué dans son atelier situé dans un village de Haute Savoie entre Annecy et Genève. La sobriété des lignes, la qualité de la laque et le choix des couleurs en font des objets d’une finition remarquable. Parmi ses objets de collection, la célèbre fusée de TINTIN à damier rouge et blanc reste la figure emblématique des premières créations.
