Barolo Riserva 2018 “Lapo Berti” 
Selected Crus (Fossati / Bricco Rocca / Serradenari)

**Description:**
Here is a rising star of Barolo that is already attracting attention: the **2018 Riserva by Lapo Berti**, a handcrafted wine from carefully selected crus in the commune of La Morra (Fossati, Bricco Rocca, Serradenari).
After honing his craft at Selvapiana in Tuscany and gaining prestigious experiences (including Enzo Boglietti, Roberto Voerzio, Burgundy and Australia), Lapo Berti has rooted himself in the Langhe with a project dedicated to pure Nebbiolo, made with respect for nature and the vineyards.

**Key features:**

**100% Nebbiolo grapes**, hand-harvested from the above-mentioned crus, including parcels of old vines.
**Natural vinification**: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal or no filtration, use of old barriques and large neutral casks, with careful wood management to preserve fruit and terroir expression.
**Extended aging**: around 30–36 months in seasoned oak, followed by further bottle refinement, which delivers complexity, depth, and remarkable structure.

**Potential and rarity:**
Extremely limited production — very small quantities for each of Lapo Berti’s wines, especially the Riserva — making this bottle not only a refined sensory experience but also a highly attractive item for collectors and enthusiasts. Excellent long-term potential: over the next 10–20 years it will evolve further, developing intriguing earthy and balsamic nuances
