The article was produced by the Black Forest distillers GmbH in a number of only 4,000 bottles and is largely out of print in the trade.
When the monkey 47 Dry Gin Distiller's cut 2016 Schwarzwald Gin is in the manufacturing technical sense to a London Dry Gin. Taste he focused however on the so-called new Western Dry Gin, where the notes of Juniper noticeably go down, other botanicals to give more flavor. Precisely this kind of gin became very popular in the last few years and almost triggered a boom.
Species rara (extra botanical): Honeydew, or even FIR honey as he is called, is an intensely spicy honey, which has a greenish black colour when it is held against the light. Some attempts were needed to integrate the honey in the Gin. It is a result only of captivating freshness and an almost unique complexity.
