This blended malt whisky was finished in former Madeira casks. Big Peat Winter Edition is bottled at its natural cask strength of 53.6% alcohol, is unfiltered, and uncolored.

Layers of sweet malt, maritime notes, salted caramel, and vanilla combine with hints of ash, molasses, crème brûlée, roasted orange peel, and charcoal.
