The classic Omega Constellation Automatic Chronometer, Officially Certified, exemplifies the timeless elegance of the 1960s. The 34mm stainless steel case retains the distinctive, softly curved "C-shape" typical of the period. The watch features a transparent white dial with applied silver indices and a subtle Constellation star at 6 o'clock. A date window is located at 3 o'clock, and the entire watch is protected by sapphire crystal.
Inside, a certified automatic chronometer movement operates. The caseback features an intricately crafted image of an observatory, a symbol of the quality and heritage of the Constellation line.

Collector's Note
The iconic observatory caseback with eight stars is the hallmark of the Omega Constellation series, created as a tribute to the brand's successes in chronometric competitions. The observatory represents the Geneva building where Omega won awards for record-breaking precision, while the eight stars symbolize the eight greatest victories and records in accuracy tests from 1933 to 1952. This motif was created as part of Omega's visual identity project and remains one of the most recognizable emblems in watchmaking history. Ref. ST168.017 is a classic example of the elegant Omega of the "C-shape" period, combining the tradition of precision with the timeless style of the 1960s and 1970s.
