Established in 1860, initially as Heuer, the brand underwent a transformation in 1985 when the TAG Group acquired a majority stake in the company, prompting the iconic renaming to TAG Heuer.

The roots of TAG Heuer trace back to the visionary Edouard Heuer, who set up Uhrenmanufaktur Heuer AG in St-Imier, nestled in the canton of Bern, Switzerland, at the ripe age of 20.

Many collectors know TAG Heuer’s deep connection with Formula 1. After serving as the official race timekeeper for 12 years, it’s hardly surprising that the brand rolled out a special collection paying homage to the high-speed sport.

The Formula 1 collection is TAG Heuer’s entry point into luxury watches. Geared with quartz movements, most watches in this lineup are designed for comfortable wear, ideal for the fast-paced world of racing or rugged environments.

A distinctive hallmark of this TAG Heuer collection is the racing-inspired notches on the bezel. It’s the only series proudly flaunting the colored TAG Heuer shield.
