This specimen features a sharply defined, bladed crystal of kyanite embedded in a white quartz matrix. The kyanite exhibits distinct blue zoning with minor greenish-yellow tones along the edges. Under longwave ultraviolet light, the kyanite fluoresces a bright magenta-pink hue due to trace activators, creating a high-contrast visual effect against the inert quartz.

This specimen comes from a reputable source and has not been altered or treated in any way—what you see is its natural form. The photos are taken under daylight-equivalent LED lighting to show the specimen as accurately as possible. Please note: some colors can be difficult to capture accurately in photographs.
